Hayley Marshall

Hayley is the Financial Administrator for Smart Membrane Solutions, her role is to produce accurate and timely financial reports each month so the senior leadership team can make informed business decisions, alongside the finance department’s ongoing administration. She previously worked with SMS across a series of part-time roles over ten years, covering dispatch, storeroom and general administration, giving her a good understanding of the business.

Hayley holds a Bachelor of Agriculture from Lincoln University (2024) and a Certificate in Business (Small Business) from Open Polytechnic (2025). She has a particular interest in agribusiness and a strong passion for the dairy industry, and enjoys being part of producing high-quality food and protein.

Interests

Outside of work, Hayley is a dairy farmer, milking cows and feeding calves alongside her fiancé on the Coromandel Peninsula. She is passionate about health and wellbeing, and enjoys getting out for walks, growing vegetables and flowers in her garden, and spending time with her animals and family. Hayley also loves cooking delicious, healthy food for friends and family.
